About the clinic
Laser & More is a DHA-licensed clinic run by experienced nurses and laser specialists. We've focused on laser hair removal for more than 10 years and have treated more than 2,000 clients from Al Rashidiya, Mirdif, Deira and across Dubai.
Every plan starts with a consultation. We check your skin type, hair colour and medical history, then choose the wavelength and settings for you. You'll know how many sessions to expect and what they'll cost before you begin.
Why choose laser
Shaving and waxing only deal with hair above the skin. Laser treats the follicle itself, so hair grows back slower, finer and sparser after each session.
*Up to 90% reduction in treated hair after a completed course, as reported by device studies. Individual results vary; top-up sessions may be needed.

Lasting smoothness
After a full course, most treated hair stays gone for years. Any regrowth is usually finer, lighter and slower. Hormone changes can wake up dormant follicles, so many clients book one or two top-up sessions a year.
Up to 90% fewer hairs after a course.*
Calmer skin without blades or wax.
Fewer bumps and less shadowing.

FAQs
Straight answers from our laser specialists. Can't find yours? See all FAQs or message us on WhatsApp.
Laser light is absorbed by the pigment in each hair and turns into heat. That heat damages the follicle so it stops growing thick, dark hair.
The GentleMax Pro uses 755nm or 1064nm light depending on your skin. It only affects hairs in the active growth (anagen) phase, which is why you need several sessions spaced weeks apart.
Most clients need 6–8 sessions spaced 3–4 weeks apart, followed by an occasional top-up.
Coarse hair on the legs or underarms often clears faster. Facial and hormone-driven hair can need more sessions. We'll confirm your number at the consultation.
Most people feel a quick snap, like a rubber band flick. The Dynamic Cooling Device sprays cryogen before each pulse, which keeps discomfort low.
Sensitive areas such as the upper lip or bikini line can feel sharper. Your specialist can adjust settings and cooling at any time.
Laser gives long-term hair reduction, not guaranteed permanent removal. Most treated hair doesn't return, and regrowth is usually finer and lighter.
Hormonal changes such as PCOS, pregnancy or menopause can trigger new growth. That's why we recommend top-ups when needed.
Shave the area 12–24 hours before your visit. Avoid waxing, plucking, bleaching and tanning for four weeks beforehand.
Come with clean skin, free of creams, deodorant or makeup on the treatment area. Tell us about any new medication, as some can make skin light-sensitive.
No. Shaving is fine, but waxing, plucking and threading remove the root the laser needs to target.
Stick to a razor or trimmer for the whole course so every session works on as many follicles as possible.
For 48 hours, avoid hot showers, saunas, the gym, perfumed products and direct sun. Apply SPF 50 to treated areas every day.
Mild redness usually settles within a few hours. Treated hairs shed on their own over one to three weeks, so don't pull them out.
Yes. The GentleMax Pro's 1064nm Nd:YAG wavelength bypasses surface pigment, so it's suitable for darker skin (Fitzpatrick IV–VI) when a trained specialist sets it.
We always assess your skin first and adjust energy and cooling to suit it, lowering the risk of burns or pigment change.
Yes. Laser treatments are carried out by DHA-licensed nurses and laser specialists, and injectables by a DHA-licensed doctor.
You're welcome to ask to see your practitioner's licence at any time.
We don't offer laser treatment during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as a precaution.
There's no evidence of harm, but safety data is limited, so we pause your course and restart once you're ready.
Rooms and laser handpieces are disinfected between every client. Single-use items are thrown away after each session.
We follow Dubai Health Authority infection-control standards, and every client wears protective eyewear during treatment.
